After paying for a surfline.com premium membership for a lenghty period of time, I realized that by utilizing a variety of raw-data-collecting governmental organizations like NOAA's National Data Bouy Center (NDBC) you can both forecast and observe in real time (eg. a webcam) a specific spot in a more precise manner than with a large forecasting website.
